Robert's litigation experience extends from filings through to jury trials. He is experienced in interviewing witnesses, conducting depositions, pre-trial conferences and negotiations, and the preparation and filing of motions and briefs. Robert thinks strategically throughout the course of litigation in order to provide his clients with the best course of action. Robert is also experienced litigating contract disputes, wills, and trusts and estates.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in insurance and risk management, as well as an insurance and sales certificate, from Indiana State University, He then received a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso School of Law.
