Services Provided

An aging population is faced with many concerns.  Elder law encompasses a wide array of legal issues.  Most prominent is the issue of paying for long term care.  We discuss the three options to pay for most long term care situations: 1. Private pay; 2. Insurance and 3. Government programs. We then review eligibility rules for Medicaid and the options available to qualify.  If requested we will help in the application for benefits.

  • Review Options for Payment of Nursing Home and other costs

  • Determine Eligibility for Medicaid and other programs

  • Plan for Eligibility

  • Miller Trusts

  • Supplemental Needs Trusts - third party & self-settled

  • Pooled Trusts - ARC Trust
